Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Create Future account and all of your personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open the Create Future app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately, and any remaining copies are permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

If you can't access the app, email support@createfuture.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

The following personal data is permanently deleted:

Your profile and onboarding details (name, future-self vision, intention, values, archetype, preferences)
Mood logs and emotional history
Completed sessions and saved meditations (scripts and audio)
Affirmations, vision board items, and journal entries
Your future timeline and challenge progress
Push notification token and account credentials

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You don't have to close your account to remove things. Inside the app, each of these can be deleted individually and is removed immediately:

Journal entries — My Space → Journal → open an entry → Delete
Affirmations — swipe an affirmation away in your list
Vision board items — long-press an image → Delete
Saved meditations, soundscapes and sleep tracks — open the saved item → Delete
Challenge recordings — 21-Day Challenge → Saved → Delete

For anything else — mood history, coach or future-self conversations, your onboarding answers — email support@createfuture.app from the address on your account and say what you want removed. We action these within 30 days and keep the rest of your account untouched.

What may be retained

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for internal analytics, but these cannot be linked back to you. We may also retain limited records where required by law.

Who handles your request

Create Future is owned and built by Somtoo Solutions (www.somtoosolutions.com). Deletion requests are actioned by Somtoo Solutions as the data controller.
